Arts & Commerce College, Patansaongi was established in the year 2008 by the visionary trust 'Nagpur Krushi Vikas Pratisthan's Nagpur'. Initiated under the guidance of 'Sahakar Maharishi' Hon'ble Shri. Babasaheb Kedar, the institution was founded with a singular, noble objective: to make affordable, high-quality, degree-level higher education accessible to students residing in rural, agrarian, and underserved areas around Nagpur.
Initially, the college operated with modest infrastructure and limited admissions, focusing on essential educational facilities. However, through the dedication of the management and staff, the college rapidly transformed into a key educational hub catering to the academic aspirations of hundreds of students annually. Today, the college balances horizontal academic expansion with vertical academic excellence, enabling rural youth to match the capabilities of their urban counterparts.
